Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our Lahore studio within 2–3 working days. Standard delivery across Pakistan is Rs 300 and takes 3–5 working days. Delivery is complimentary on orders over Rs 10,000.
International
We ship worldwide by courier. Charges are calculated at checkout and any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unworn pieces with tags attached may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Made-to-order and bridal pieces are final sale.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace or refund it in full.
