How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Bridal and couture pieces take eight to twelve weeks and include two fittings in our studio.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes — free of charge before dispatch. Send us your measurements with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, direct bank transfer and card, all in Pakistani Rupees.
How should I care for embroidered pieces?
Dry-clean only, stored flat with acid-free tissue at the folds and kept out of direct light.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier.
